True Q is opening in 2012 to provide the area’s best barbeque for events all around Lynchburg.
We specialize in BBQ, but will work with you to customize a menu and experience that your guests will love and remember for years to come.

The main attraction, of course, is our slow-smoked Signature Pork BBQ. There are no shortcuts to great BBQ. That’s why we hickory-smoke our pork shoulders for over 12 hours.   The taste simply can’t be replicated.

We also offer a wide range of other entrees and fresh-made sides to complement your BBQ feast.

Our basic service is the Traditional BBQ Buffet.
We provide enough Pork BBQ to satisfy your crowd, 2 sides, slaw, buns and sauce.
The BBQ is pulled on site and all dishes are served in the proper chafing servers.
We set up the buffet and maintain it so you can enjoy quality time with your guests.

Of course, we’ll customize the menu or the service to suit your event.

We’re located at “Lynchburg Grows”, Lynchburg’s unique urban farm and local food hub, so we can highlight as much fresh, local produce as possible for your event.
